Icon Classic - Kottayam

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kottayam, giving guests easy access to the main market and Josco Junction. The staff here goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers basic amenities and comfortable rooms with sofa beds. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious and satisfying.

My stay at this hotel was great and there is very little that could be improved upon.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was sufficiently good, and we were impressed with the comfortable bed. The AC and TV positions were also well-thought-out, providing convenience and ease of use. the cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable.

The noise level in the room was unbearable. We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and even in the adjacent rooms.

Guests can enjoy quality buys and fair, priced fresh fruits within a short walking distance. the rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with all, wood furniture and wall, mounted flat TVs. the bathrooms are also extremely clean with running hot water through the shower, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage.
